The Last of Us: Remastered Edition will be releasing next week, if leaked details are proved to be correct.
Earlier today a reader sent an image to IGN, which appeared to show a promotional poster advertising the PS4 edition of the 2013 critically acclaimed survival-thriller.
Accompanying the boxart was a sticker that read: “Released 13th Jun.”
Following this, a GAME retailer based in Barnsley, UK, released a tweet reading: “The Last of Us hits PS4 next week #GameExclusive #DayOne Edition £5 Preorder! 10/10 #GameoftheYear2013.”
The shop then later tweeted an apology reading: “Apologies everyone about The Last of Us release date! #MissPrint #OverEagerStaffMember. We will update you when we get an official date. Sorry!”
Neither Sony nor Naughty Dog have official announced a release date and don’t comment on rumor or speculation.
The Last of Us: Remastered Edition was announced back in April for PlayStation 4 and will feature all the previously release DLC including the Left Behind story based DLC.
